Charles Fitzherbert: Qualified as a chartered accountant with Whinney Murray. Before joining Thompson Clive, he worked for Penguin Books, First National Finance Corporation and Grindlays Bank. He is the Financial Director of Thompson Clive & Partners, is involved in administering two institutional funds and is on the boards of several portfolio companies in the UK, the USA and France.

Susan Thompson: A qualified chartered secretary who is involved in the administration of Thompson Clive and its funds. Prior to joining Thompson Clive, she worked for the British Embassies in Paris and Beirut. She is the Secretary of Thompson Clive & Partners and of its publicly quoted fund, Thompson Clive Investments plc.
